Welcome to Swardeston Cricket Club

Based just south of Norwich, Swardeston - one of East Anglia's leading cricket clubs - can trace its history back over 150 years and now runs three Saturday sides, two Sunday teams and has a thriving youth section with teams at Under-17, Under-15, Under-13 and Under-11 level.

In 2007 Swardeston took over the running of CEYMS CC and you can catch up on their news at http://ceyms.play-cricket.com.

In 2007 Swardeston recorded their first ever title success in the Gibbs Denley East Anglian Premier League and 2008 saw them retain the title with two games to go.

The 2006 season saw the start of a women's team and coaching for both women and girls.

2008 sees the first year of a new club sponsorship partnership with Clowes & Nash Auctions.

Swardeston is one of a number of clubs in Norfolk to have achieved the ECB's ClubMark accreditation and to have been made a focus club by the Norfolk board.

ClubMark accreditation proves Swardeston is a club where parents can send their children safe in the knowledge they will be well looked after and enjoy their cricket.
Swardeston also run weekly Kwik cricket sessions.

The club has a thriving social scene with annual stag dinner, club dinner and barbecue.
